The machine is
designed on the base of CW61103 series horizontal lathe with solid bed, CNC crowning grinding head is equipped taking
place of lathe’s tool post system for the job of grinding rubber roller as well
as shaft parts. And this CNC grinding head is controlled by specialized servo
system with specialized software what makes this machine work for rubber roller
in the shape of cylinder, convex crown, concave crown, threads and taper-end.
Rigidity,accuracy and wide range of application features this machine. The
accuracy of machined parts can reach IT7 and surface roughness less than 1.6μm. Moreover, when the tool post
system is equipped on, this machine works for multi-purpose acting as
turning-grinding combined machine. This machine has great market in the
fields of machinery,steelmaking, papermaking,printing,textile industry.
